This gentle 30-minute practice is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and regulate your nervous system through mindful movement.
Moving gradually from the feet to the head, we’ll use simple, intentional movements to bring awareness back into the body, soften tension, and create a greater sense of safety and connection. Rather than pushing or striving, this practice is an invitation to listen, notice, and reconnect with yourself, one body part at a time.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious, or simply in need of a reset, this class offers a space to come home to your body and gently restore a sense of calm, clarity, and presence.
Before You Begin:
If, at any point during this practice, you notice feelings of overwhelm, strong emotion, discomfort, or your body simply says “no,” I encourage you to listen.
This class isn’t about pushing through or getting it right. It’s about rebuilding trust with your body by responding to what it needs in the moment. Pause, rest, modify a movement, or simply observe. Take what feels supportive, and leave the rest.
Your body is always communicating with you. This practice is an invitation to begin listening with curiosity, compassion, and without judgement. Allow this practice to meet you exactly where you are.
