Candice is a mindfulness based fitness coach who combines her love and knowledge of moving the body, with kinesiology principles, to help support clients in their health and healing!

Candice specialises in building self trust, and believes that the mind, body and soul all work together as a whole, and that, in order to move forwards and live well, we must know how to keep our own unique energy in motion.
